2022 Dealers' Room
We are pleased to be taking applications for the 2022 Dealers' Room. The Dealers Room will be located in Storyville Hall on level 3, with direct access to the freight elevator and a direct connection to the parking lot with a wide gate that will allow smaller vehicles to load directly into Storyville Hall.
About the World Fantasy Convention Dealers' Room.
The Dealers' Room is juried. The World Fantasy Convention reserves the right to select dealers and to limit the amount of table space assigned. Books are given priority, preferably new or collector’s editions. Art and art-quality hand-made jewelry may also be included; however, costumes, costume parts, knick-knacks, games, and toys are not considered appropriate for the WFC Dealers' Room. Prior WFC experience and the type of merchandise offered will be considered. We reserve the right to make the final decision. Once the room is filled, we will post the Dealers' Room open hours and the list of participating dealers.
Dealers' Room Rates
$150 for the first 6' table, and $125 for each additional table, with a maximum of 4. Access to electricity may be limited and may incur additional charges.
Dealer and staff must be attending members of the 2022 World Fantasy Convention. Once your application is accepted, you will receive instructions for purchasing your attending membership(s) and paying for your table(s). Two people per approved application will receive a 50% discount off the membership rate in effect at the time the application was filed. Any additional staff must pay the full membership rate in effect at the time the application was filed.
When your membership(s) and table(s) are paid for, your name will be added to the list of participating dealers. If not paid in a timely manner (which will be specified in the acceptance email), the next dealer in line will be offered your table(s). Once memberships and tables are paid for, refunds will not be given.
Filing an application does not guarantee you a place in the room.
